| This season we are implementing a more standardized way to submit schedule requests. Below are excel spreadsheets to use when submitting a scheduling request. Click and drag the mouse to highlight the block of time you wish to request. Click on the insert box at the top of the spreadsheet. Insert the number of athletes you will have. You can copy and paste these blocks on consecutive days to request an entire week, etc.
We need the following information included in each request:
* Team and Coach
* Training Dates
* Training Times
* Number of Athletes
* Specific Jump you plan on using
(When possible, also indicate the number of jumps per athlete you would like, to ensure that you get adequate time for all training jumps you would like.)
We are requesting athlete numbers and the specific jumps you plan on using to help relieve some of the congestion we came across last season (especially on the mini and the single). If you have any flexibility with your scheduling, please indicate along with your schedule request, so that we can accommodate all teams in the best possible manner.
Please submit all schedule requests at least 2 weeks in advance.
The schedule request must be submitted in writing. You may email the requests to sportservices@olyparks.com or fax them to 435-658-9123 or bring them in person to the Day Lodge here at the Park. Please confirm that your requests were received after submitting them.
