S.T.E.P.
Strength Training Endurance Power

After completing the Learn to Speed Skate Program, athletes looking to improve their long track or short track speed skating skills participate in the STEP program that is taught by certified coaches. The instructors continue to provide guidance and coaching at a comfortable yet challenging pace for improvement. With three levels offered, there is a class best suited for athletes' different ability levels, allowing skaters to improve at their own pace and then move to the next level when they have mastered the necessary skills and techniques

STEP is a monthly program that runs May-March (check with program director for exact schedule)
